The location of the hotel is convenient as it is near the metro and not too far from the next metro station. It is also very close to the airport, making it ideal for those with early flights. However, it is worth noting that the hotel is not situated near the old town.
The check-in process took too long, with a constant long queue in the lobby.

The room at Ikonik Lisboa was spacious, elegant, and well-maintained. The powerful shower in the spacious bathroom was a great addition. We also appreciated the option to opt out of the daily cleaning service. The breakfast, though not included, was worth the price with a wide selection of food and drinks. Despite the initial impression, the neighborhood felt safe, even when returning to the hotel at night. the hotel provided great value for the price.
In terms of drawbacks, we encountered a few minor issues. The lack of assistance with our bags during check-in was disappointing, especially as we were traveling with a child.

The hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. The location is not near the old town, but it is close to a fantastic aquarium that we visited. Additionally, it is very close to the airport and shopping malls, making it convenient for travelers. The rooms offer great views and basic amenities, with breakfast included.

The hotel offers excellent breakfast with a wide selection of food and drinks, including decaf coffee and delicious cakes. The spacious and elegant rooms are well decorated and kept clean, with comfortable beds and powerful showers. The staff is friendly, polite, and helpful. The location is convenient, with easy access to the metro and train station, as well as being just a short distance from the airport. there is a shopping center nearby with good food options and live music.
There are a couple of minor concerns that may affect the overall experience. The windows in the rooms do not block out all the sounds, so you may hear trains passing by, although it is not too disturbing.
